Since inception in 1980, SMCI has always been about high integrity and treating people the way you would want to be treated, just like family!!!
When the doors opened, we were mainly a commercial contractor in every aspect of operation. When family members requested new home systems or needed servicing, SMCI was there for them. This has been our residential story for many years as the commercial and industrial work kept us-a-hopping!!!
Family requests shortly grew into requests for friends, this has slowly built over the years.
Our goal is to provide outstanding service and maintenance to our members’ existing systems along with quality high-efficient systems and accessories at reasonable prices. You work hard, so you deserve quiet evenings in your 71.5-degree HOME!!!
We have now decided to give the family treatment to everyone!!! We have now opened our doors to the public as HOME by SMCI so everyone can experience the “HOME” treatment.
You can call us, email us, text us, talk to us at a kid’s game, snail-mail or even Morse code us!! (Yes, we went there!!) We’ll figure up the right services, equipment and accessories for you. Everyone deserves MAXIMUM COMFORT IN THEIR VERY OWN “HOME”!!!
